I stole

the moralistic vs moral deal from William Bennette's show. I've seen it the last couple of weeks and it's really interesting. On CNN, called 'Beyond Politics' or words to that effect. Yes, I don't remember for sure and there's nothing new under the sun.

And that's just it. Shock and outrage over things like the bad name on a tee shirt about Palin is moralistic. But they're playing it up, comparing the terriroist fear for Obama as the same thing and aren't Democrats just a bunch of hypocrites.

We're all hypocrites in ways now and again.

It's moralistic to constantly defend Palin without simillarily defending Obama. It's not a moral position to chose wrong doing towards one only.

Think I used the moral/moralistic deal before without acknowledgement for it comming from Bennett's show.

I also shouldn't have said my brother can't read. Last I heard, he tested at about a 6th grade level. He just was never a reader. He spent his time taking radios apart. And poor reading skills doesn't make him worthless. He's an excellent mechanic and musician. We're dyslexic.

He's not particularily moralistic.
