Yes. Today I'm back to McCain even though Palin's a problem. She's more a pain in the ass kinda trouble so far. She's politically clever, but naive(sp). She said she believes in the Pledge of Allegence cause if it was good enough for the Founders, it's good enough for her. They didn't say it then. It was written later and the under god part was added in the l950s by the Knights of Columbus.
Then she said something about running the Senate cause the Constitution is changeable. Huh? The sole Constitutional duty of the VP is to be a tie breaker as president of the senate and I sincerely doubt the Congress would change it so the VP could run it. Takes a 3/4 vote of Congress to make constitutional changes, doesn't it? Something like that. But she believes what she's fed and doesn't investigate.
Whatever.
I think Obama may be too invested in the radical end of liberalism and the black commuity to be any good.
I don't really have any evidence except that I saw a clip of him telling community organizers that he'd meet with them before the inaguration so they could help set the agenda.
Bad news.
There's a lot of conservatives who need a president, too, and have American and human rights to consider. See? An impossibly hard job.
Is it a 2/3 vote of congress to change the constitution? See? I really don't know either. I just seem to know how it works better than Palin does. Maybe she thinks she can change the constitution herself. Like Bush and Cheney? Beats me.
