Sheesh. I don't know who's worse, the republicans or the democrats.
Both are, by turn and simultaniously ALL the time.
Now it's McCain. He's gone to the dark side, the Bush program of slaughater the character of the opposition. Mean. Problem is, there's much discussion that Obama is too liberal, and he just may be. All that domestic terriorists buddy talk.
Obama may have worked with Aires, but Palin says they paled around. Casual smear. She's good.
McCain always seems desperate to win. He'd screw up the economy just as much as Obama would. He's got a better handle on warfare and dealing with the personel involved. If Obama doesn't come back to the middle, like McCain needs to do, it won't work. They've both got major drawbacks. War and money.
Wish I understood the economy stuff. I wonder how great trickle-down really works when jobs go out of the country and CEOs make billions and the middle class is priced out of the grocery store. Reagan probably didn't have to balance his check book.
The big mistake Bush made was not remembering that his job is to take care of democrats as well as republicans. The left are citizens with equal rights and brains, too. He's too far right and can't think through his ideology. He doesn't seem to even look at situtations to see if things are working, like no child left behind. I think it doesn't work, and he takes credit for its success. He really doesn't seem to pay attention to stuff. Or get stuff. He just doesn't get stuff.
I think a lawyer in the White House is a good thing. At least they understand law and can figure out the Constitution. Maybe a lawyer wouldn't make endless signing statements and try to run the Senate and withhold on soupenas*sp*
Spelling sucks. Has anybody thought about making it illegal? We could make a law. Add it to the Constitution.
