Yes. Fickle. That's me.
Now I like McCain better. It really depends on the things I hear them say and Obama didn't impress me today.
It's discouraging. I always liked McCain and I almost never like republicans. But he seemed ok, till I heard him say he's a Reagan Republican and believes in Reganomics. Trickle-down seems to be trickle out. Out of the country.
Companies don't share the profits through salaries, benefits and more jobs. The profits go to the top and the jobs overseas and now what benefits?
And I hate them all when they do the negative campaigning. Really.
Interestingly, I've only seen two campaing ads. One for each and both personal and positive. Haven't seen any negative ads except for blurbs on the news.
Now people are desperately defending the stock market as the best investment and wealth creation system around. They must work stocks.
Sarah Palin is so personable and likable that it's startling how awful politically I fear she might be. She may just be doing what she's told. All the anti-Obama speak. Of course, I hear it bunches of times and it gets old real quick.
Is Dancing on tonight? Should I know these things? Guess it'd help if I want to see it.
But I'll need a nap. Woke up early, about 1:30. Got to see What's My Line, though. Last night, or so, I caught a double episode with Paul Newman as the mystery guest, and he and Joanne Woodward as the mystery guess the second show. Very young. Had a baby, their first, I guess. Wish the show wasn't on at 3 a.m. I enjoy visiting the good old days? People spoke much better. They sound educated and grown-up and everything. And David Niven is a pannelist. I always loved him. Guess I watched a lot of old movies. My dad wrote him a letter about his book, either Bring on the Empty Horses or The Moon is a Baloon, and he wrote back. Very charming and kind. Of course, Dad probably wrote a good letter. Wonder what happened to it.
