Joe, the Plumber

Americans don't like taxes. It kinda started with the Boston Tea Party. It's just part of us, like all people have cultural paticularities.

Some people believe in honor killing.
We, however, do not. If people want to act out parts of their cultures after they move to cultures with different beliefs and laws, they should go back home or should have stayed there.

Joe the Plumber, following his American culture, doesn't like taxes. Apparently, he doesn't pay them either. He's deliquent on his taxes. We don't like the taxes we pay, but we pay them.

I wonder what happened to that couple who barricated themselves in their house, refusing to pay their taxes. They had the authorities at bay with guns and I don't remember hearing if they ever got them out. They must have by now. That might have been a couple of years ago. Of course, with my memory, it could have been last week.
